Global Community Management Solutions is locally owned and operated by Certified Community Association Manager, Erica Grayer.  I have over 17 years experience of varying types of community management and I am passionate about maintaining the beauty and financial soundness of your community. Having worked for larger companies in the past, I found that it was almost impossible to provide the type of service that small to mid size communities need and still comply with the demands of corporately structured companies. There simply just wasn't enough time.  Each manager is managing a portfolio of 9-15 properties ranging in size and difficulty. Even with the best time management skills, I have seen more than my share of managers fall short, lots of turnover in the companies, and one disgruntled board after the next looking for new management because everyone wants the same thing… they want a manager who they don’t have to manage… one who is able to foresee the needs of the community without the Board micro managing projects… and they want to feel like their needs are not only understood but are also met with proactive responsiveness and professionalism.  Sounds pretty simple!
